With that said, here are the five reasons you could face a DLT registration rejection:

  1. If any of the documents are not produced in a prescribed format, there is a high chance of your request being rejected. So it’s recommended that you either get in touch with a third-party SMS vendor or read up about DLT registration.
  2. If the required header that you asked for is not available.
  3. If the produced write-up (consisting of the details of your DLT registration) did not meet the requirements or failed to explain its purpose.
  4. If the name mentioned on the PAN card and the provided documents do not match.
  5. If the official email address (or any other contact details) submitted are invalid or incorrect.

Even if you’re registered, there could be reasons why you can’t send any SMS. Some of it could be due to:

  1. Template rejection/failure
  2. Improper content template
